Each of our four industry desks headhunts against your brief rather than recycling a database, and you deal with the same specialist consultant from the first call to the start date.

    Typically within 5 working days — CVs, notice periods and salary expectations up front, with interviews arranged around your diary.

    Offer and aftercare

    We handle the offer process and agree a start date that suits you, then check in with you through onboarding. Every placement is backed by our guaranteed replacement.

Common questions

What do you charge for permanent roles?

Fixed fee placements are charged at 12.5%–15% for specialist positions, with no rebate period. Businesses working with us exclusively can move onto a monthly subscription plan instead.

Do I get a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. Every client works with a named specialist consultant, and subscription clients also get a dedicated account manager and market insight reports.
